Ticketing
All ticket purchases must be made online through the Humanitix event booking page. Click on “Get Tickets” Choose your tickets, Single, Table of Ten or Corporate Table. Enter your details Select your table/or seats. Proceed to “Checkout” and complete payment.
Gala Access Single Ticket – $250 (+ booking fee) Gala Access Table of Ten – $2500 (+ booking) Gold Package Table of Ten – $3750 (+booking fee) Diamond Package Table of Ten - $5000 (+ booking fee)
The booking fee is charged by the ticketing platform, Humanitix. However, they are also a 100% for-purpose entity and a registered charity that donates 100% of their profits to social impact projects for disadvantaged kids. All booking fee proceeds are donated to not-for-profit organisations.
When booking your tickets you will be ask to select your preferred table location. Please note that this map is only an example and the final floor plan may change. You will be advised of your final table number before the event.

No, your tickets with be emailed to you at time of purchase. You can return to the booking page and edit names of ticket holders and resend tickets if needed. Your tickets will be re-sent again via email closer to the event.
Yes, you will receive a code number located at the bottom of your registration page. This code will allow you re-entry to your booking to add the names of your guests and their dietary needs. Please update all details by Friday, 5th June 2026.

Event
No, attendees must be 18 or older, as alcohol will be served at the event.
The dress code is Black Tie. This means formal attire is expected, such as cocktail dresses, evening gowns, suits, or tuxedos. Dress to impress!
Yes, you can invite someone other than your original guest. You can edit the details of your guests through the booking website. If you need to edit or change your guest after Friday, 5th June 2026, please contact [email protected] to advise.
Check in and event begins at 7.00pm on Saturday 20th June 2026 VIP/Corporate guests invited at 6.30pm for pre-dinner drinks and entertainment

To assist you with your fundraising, we have a great offer for all motoring entrants. Any Variety SA Motoring Event Entrant (Bash, Moto, 4WD, AMCR) can submit 2 (two) auction items to the Golden Gala Silent Auction. Auction items must meet the Silent Auction Terms and Conditions
Dietary requirements can be catered for. Please indicate your dietary requirement when purchasing your ticket. Dietary requirements will be accepted until Friday, 5th June 2026. If dietary requirements are submitted after this date, we will try our best to accommodate them but cannot guarantee fulfilment.
