Hair with Heart is Variety’s hair donation and fundraising program — helping provide custom wigs for kids who have lost their hair through medical conditions like alopecia, trichotillomania, and other rare disorders.
When you donate your hair, you’re giving more than just strands — you’re giving confidence, comfort, and the chance for a child to feel like themselves again.
It takes around 16 to 20 ponytails to create one medical-grade wig. Every donation helps make that possible, turning a simple act into something truly life-changing.
