Variety WA Offering Free Legal Wills

06/09/2024 by waadmin

From 2-15 September, Variety WA is offering a special free legal Will writing service in partnership with Safewills.

A whopping two thirds of Australians do not have a valid Will in place. Writing a Will is an important step in ensuring someone’s final wishes are honoured and can provide clarity and peace of mind for loved ones about the distribution of assets.

Thoughtful estate planning is a gift to those you care about, allowing them to carry out end of life wishes without added stress.

Variety WA Chief Executive Officer, Chris Chatterton is incredibly grateful to those who have supported the work of Variety through a gift in their Will: “We are humbled and forever remember with respect, the many that have left a gift in their Will to Variety WA; it is a generosity that lives on in our programs, which benefit more than 23,500 local children each year.

“We are delighted to be able to offer free legal Wills reviewed by a lawyer and it is obligation free. Just the act of writing a Will for your loved ones is the very last caring act someone can provide, and it expresses how someone would like to be remembered.

“Your loved ones and community close to you will thank you for planning how you want to say goodbye.

“We encourage everyone to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to secure their legacy and provide clarity for their family.” He said.
