Understanding disability doesn’t have to be scary, boring or disgusting – it can be sexy, fun, and most importantly NORMAL.

Get Skilled Access (GSA) is a training organisation born out of real-life experiences faced by Australians with disability and accessibility challenges in their everyday interactions with major businesses and governments. Dylan and Nick recognised the need to break the outdated paradigms of disability and accessibility customer service training.

Kate Darby, from the Geelong Football Club, was awarded the prestigious 2023 Tom Hafey Heart of Football Award, while Charlee Lang, a 15-year-old gymnast, received the 2023 Variety Young Sports Achiever award.
