On behalf of the entire Variety family, we offer Peter ‘Curly’ Curtis our sincerest congratulations on being awarded the Order of Australia Medal in the recent Australia Day Honours list.
As you all know, Curly is a hugely passionate supporter of Variety SA, having 34 years of dedicated volunteering under his belt. In this time, he has served as Chief Barker of VSA, chaired the Bash, 4WD Adventure, Moto Run and the Annual Themed Ball, all alongside the tireless work he contributes in the warehouse as well as on stage as our resident auctioneer.
This formal recognition of his tireless service to making a better community is incredibly well deserved. The Variety family holds Curly in the highest respect and on behalf of the hundreds of thousands of children who have a better life as a consequence of Curly’s devoted commitment we humbly say – Thank you.
