Dear Variety Family,
During this time of community concern, we would like to reassure you that we are closely monitoring protocols and updates from the Federal and State Government regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
Based on that advice, we are saddened to advise the cancellation of the Variety Kids’ Easter Picnic, but our first priority is always the health, safety and wellbeing of our recipients, volunteers, staff and event entrants. At this stage, no other changes have been made, but all upcoming events are being assessed on an individual basis and updates will be provided regularly as the situation evolves.
The Variety SA Board and medical panel are meeting over the next 24 hours to address the organisation’s COVID – 19 Response Plan and any updates as a result of those discussions will be provided on Wednesday.
