Over 6,000 Aussies have taken the big chop to raise $1.5m for kids in need!

This October, we’re celebrating a record year for Hair with Heart, with thousands of chop legends helping to raise $1.5M to give Aussie kids a fair go.

The Variety Hair with Heart program has seen over 6,000 long-haired Aussies take the big chop, with donated hair made into wigs for those with long term medical conditions.

Sale of the hair, along with fundraising by hair donors, has delivered a record $1.5m over the past financial year. Funds raised has helped provide support for Aussie kids who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs.
