Variety – the Children’s Charity of Queensland and the National Rugby League would like to invite your school to participate in our inaugural NRL & Variety Inclusion Tag Rugby League Gala Day.
This is a multi-school event, for students with disabilities in schools across South-East Queensland. The aim is to come together to play a modified tag version of Rugby League in a fun and safe environment.

Time: 9:30am – 1:15pm
Who: All school-aged children living with a disability
Where: West Arana Hills Rugby League Football Club – Kev Mckell Oval, 247 Dawson Parade, Keperra
What’s on offer:
- Skills and drill sessions delivered by the NRL non-contact League Stars program
- Tag Rugby League games – participation based, no scores kept, modified rules, non-contact, use of the Safe Play Code and NRL Code of Conduct
- NRL Coaches
- NRL Referees
- First Aid officers
- Giveaways
- Strict COVID Safe Guidelines
