This morning’s breakfast on the Variety NSW Bash was in the tiny village of Wattle Flat. The school’s 25 students and their community ensured we were well fed before we headed off for our last overnight stop in the Hunter. Whilst we were there the school was granted $5,000 for some playground equipment. We then drove northeast to Hunter Valley wine country.
A night of awards, entertainment and celebrations were had at our Presentation Night dinner at Ben Ean Winery (formerly Lindemans) in beautiful Pokolbin. An incredible way to celebrate the extraordinary efforts of everyone involved.
