A friend of mine outside Australia was diagnosed with cancer and had to buy a wig. She called me in tears because wigs are so expensive. I didn’t realize that before, so I looked into it and learned more about the challenges people facing cancer go through. After doing some research, I decided to donate my hair in the hope that it might help someone in need.
