I wanted to honour my mother, the woman who brought me into this world and guided me despite our short time together. 7 years ago she was taken by lung cancer and despite everything being against her she was so strong, stronger than me, on top of that she never showed that she was scared, not of death nor of her illness. I knew she would love if I donated my hair to make other people feel the same. So using the very hair my mum had nurtured I hope to help other people feel stronger even if it feels as if the whole world is against them know that there will always be people to support you whether it be your family, friends or complete strangers you must never give up.
